Course Overview
12H, 8H, & 4H: Timed races will follow a 2 mile dirt road and trail loop. Each loop gives you access to a fully stocked aid station. Stop and rest as often as you'd like.
5K: The 5k will be a combination of both the time-based and last one standing loops.
Last One Standing: Runners will make there way around a 1 mile flat-ish dirt/gravel road loop. You will start with 30 minutes on the clock and in this time you must complete 1 loop. Each consecutive loop the allowed time will reduce by 1 minute, so you'll have 29 minutes to complete the next loop and so on. If you aren’t able to finish a loop within the allocated time you will be eliminated from the race. Last one standing wins!
Cutoffs & Pacers
Cutoffs
Only complete loops will be counted. The 4 hour race will end at 1:00PM on Saturday, the 8 hour race will end at 5:00PM on Saturday, and the 12 hour race will end at 7:00PM on Saturday.
Pacers
If you have friends and family who will want to hop in for a few loops they must register for the 4 hour or 8 hour event. Thank you for your understanding with our new limits! Make it a fun day(s) with your favorite run group! Support and run with each other.
Aid Stations
Each loop gives you access to a fully stocked aid station with PB&Js, potatoes, salty snacks, sweet snacks, and fluids. Stop and rest as often as you'd like!
There will be no aid station on the 5K course. Please be prepared with you own aid needs.
Last One Standing racers will have access to a self-aid area each loop. You will be able to setup your own aid area near the start/finish area for the loop.
